"I came to Cycle Gear in Madison, TN as a potential new rider and to purchase gear for my BSC (Basic Rider Course).
Being totally new to the Motor Cycle world, I found the staff at this location friendly, informative and very helpful. Stepping into something new like this can be very intimidating.....but the staff (specifically *Matt*) made my experience stress free and answered all of my questions about the gear I needed to be prepared for the class.
I highly recommend visiting this store to someone who is totally new to the motorcycle world like myself.

If staff are busy, let someone know that you need help or have questions and BE PATIENT.
They are most likely trying to help those who came in the store before you so it's very important to be understanding and considerate of others.
*If you are a FIRST TIME rider, be prepared to spend some money. Motorcycle gear is not cheap.

"I've been to the madison, tn cycle gear many times. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, to the best of their personal abilities. I've always managed to find whatever I was looking for , which is generally the more routine things we need in motorcycling. Cycle gear is not the place for exotic parts or high end specialized gear though they do have some gear from A-Stars and Dainese. I'd recommend the store highly."

The store seems to be in disarray and unkept. I would recommend getting new management and or reviewing the pay scale to get more knowledgeable and motivated employees into the store. "
